Our property was created with the desire to offer our guests the warmth of a family combined with the comfort of a small hotel.
After three generations in the retail business, in 2010 we chose to change our lives and dedicate ourselves to hospitality. Following a full year of careful renovation, Polvara Trentuno was born: a guesthouse featuring 5 rooms with private bathrooms and 3 fully equipped apartments.
Both rooms and apartments are designed to ensure maximum comfort, offering amenities such as TV, washing machine, microwave, iron, kitchenware, and everything needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay.
We welcome guests with different needs:
those traveling for work, those visiting the nearby Alessandro Manzoni Hospital, and those wishing to explore the places described in The Betrothed or discover the beauty of Lake Como.
Our location is also ideal for nature and sports lovers, with mountains, panoramic trails, cycling routes, and scenic roads perfect for both cycling and motorcycling.
Many guests reach us by bike along the Valtellina Trail or the Adda cycle path, while others come to enjoy the unique experience of riding along the lake roads on a Moto Guzzi, the iconic Italian motorcycle brand born just a few minutes from Lecco, in Mandello del Lario.
